Purpose of Meeting
A monthly wellness workshop held by the Forest Park Board of Health.
Episode 4: Make Sleep your Superpower! By David Bishop, LCSW
Improve your “sleep IQ” and learn about your ‘sleep style.’ Understand the interaction between sleep quality and mental and physical health. You will gain practical tips and tools to improve the quantity and quality of your sleep.
Attendees will receive a 15-minute self-hypnosis recording to increase relaxation at bedtime, release stressors, and lengthen your time in deep sleep levels.
This program, like usual, will be offered in-person and virtually via zoom. See below to sign up for your free ‘ticket.’ In-person will be limited to 16 attendees, and refreshments will be provided.
