No need to read the book in advance! This is for kids who love reading, but feel like they're too old for storytime. Unwind in one of our cushy beanbag chairs, draw, or just chill while we listen to a book in the background.
This is a hands-on, active class—with a lecture. We’ll teach the power of the resistance band with a simple full-body routine designed to restore joint range of motion, remove hip and shoulder stiffness, and improve posture.
