You are invited to a special session of the Library's monthly Pins and Needles meeting to learn more about Forest Park's Fiber Flash happening on November 2. Everything that you need to create washcloths including crochet hooks, knitting needles, a variety of patterns, and cotton yarn and fabric will be available. Mentors from last year's Fiber Flash crew will help learners master a new craft.
Whether you are a newbie interested in learning knitting, quilting, or crocheting or a seasoned crafter, please consider contributing to Forest Park's Fiber Flash that fills the Library's Comfort Cabinet. The Fiber Flash ribbon cutting will be on November 2 but now is the time to assemble your handmade hats, mittens, scarves and, added this year, wash cloths.
