Do you have a question about technology, including email, internet, using your phone, library eBooks or audiobooks, or using Zoom? FPPL cardholders can book a 30-minute in-person appointment.
Examples of topics:
Downloading eBooks or audiobooks to a device
Using email
Setting up a social media account
Moving pictures from your phone to your laptop
Changing settings on a new device
Finding useful apps
Building your smartphone, laptop, or tablet skills
Feeling more confident using Zoom
Please only register for one appointment at a time. You may put yourself on the waitlist for a specific day and be moved up if someone cancels. You will be automatically notified.
