Age-ility is a fun, low-impact fitness class designed to help older adults stay strong, mobile, and independent. Each session focuses on improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination through safe, functional movements that support everyday activities. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels, welcoming both beginners and experienced participants. Join us to move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body at any age!
