Join this 30 minute Chair Yoga class with DuShaun Branch that will be accessible and open to all bodies!  Chair Yoga is a great introduction to Yoga and allows students to use an everyday prop, the chair!!!

Noelle Garcia, an indigenous artist from the Klamath and Paiute tribes, joins us to lead a workshop on the indigenous art form of the tubular peyote stitch. Each attendee will learn how to make a unique bangle bracelet.
