Join us for the first Board of Health: Well-Being Wednesday! Who doesn’t experience more stress this time of year? 

Join us as Dr. Patty Johnson, Psy.D. interactively guides us through practices to increase joy and peace, and decrease anxiety and tension. Even if you think you know how breathwork, meditation and journaling can help, experience them again in this fun, nourishing community. Dr. Johnson will also be raffling 2 copies of her Memoir/ Journal, “Breathe and Release.”


Patty Johnson is a psychologist who specializes in trauma work and anxiety disorders. She's the author of Breathe & Release, a 12 month journal on finding calm and a memoir about the time her Indian parents were arranging her marriage while she hid her secret boyfriend. Patty presented a TEDx talk on how to have conversations about inequity and enjoys creating spaces where people can share their stories. Patty's also a guitar goddess, but only in the eyes of her dog, Marley.
