Like good cheese? Ever thought about making it yourself? Well, you can, and Mark Lyons, an experienced home cheesemaker, will show you how! In this program, you'll learn about the ingredients, equipment and techniques for making your own cheese. Mark will also demonstrate how to make a simple soft cheese and you will also get a chance to sample some of the homemade cheeses that Mark has made.
