Start your weekend with a restful Yoga Nidra session with Marissa from And Then There Was Well.
Yoga nidra is a form of yoga that involves lying on your back while focusing on mental imagery. Yoga nidra may promote relaxation and improve sleep.
Please bring a mat or towel to lay on, wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle.
