To mark Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to join us for a 10 day exploration of resources to help you de-stress you body and mind.
From May 4-13, we will email you a daily topic to learn about. Each email will include tools and resources to help you feel a little bit better.
The first 50 people to register online will receive a Mental Wellness Kit. Kits can be picked up beginning May 1. If a kit is not picked up by May 11, it will go to the next person on the list.
